Mission Statement

Innovating a novel approach to end food illiteracy by fostering the incorporation of food avoidance strategies into the daily diet regimen.

The Science of Food

We recommend that every user perform a simple health risk assessment before any food is selected to avoid on the wigwag card. If a certain food is causing unwanted symptoms, it may be that you only need to make some minor modifications such as in the way you prepare your foods or you may need to change your cooking methods. If not, then avoiding the offending food may be beneficial to your long-term health. Wigwag will provide you the information and tools you need to live better.
